Al-Faez Engineering delivers integrated construction and operational services in Iraq, with expertise in infrastructure, production lines, and operational maintenance — supported by local project management teams and skilled execution crews to ensure quality, on-schedule delivery, and budget control.
Design and construction of stormwater collection systems — surface channels and small culverts — plus supply and installation of integrated pumping and control stations to ensure effective drainage and reduce urban and industrial flooding risk.
Full roadworks from earthworks through final surfacing — including subgrade preparation, base layers, and final asphalt or compacted aggregate surfacing.
Design and construction of sewer networks and building/industrial connections, with the option to separate stormwater from sewage systems where required.
Supply, installation and supervision of integrated production lines (industrial, food, electrical) with engineering oversight for mechanical/electrical installation and system integration.
Preventive and corrective maintenance services and full commissioning activities to ensure facility and plant readiness and operational continuity.
Comprehensive project management including contractor management, risk control, scheduling, cost monitoring, plus logistics solutions for procurement, manpower and equipment inside Iraq.
